STEP 1: Select Seating Zone
Wait for the dropdown menu to appear. This will show you the available bike number/s.
- If the Seating Zone is Sold Out, the Add to cart button will turn light orange and show an empty dropdown
- Note: upon adding to cart, you will have 8 minutes ONLY to reserve and purchase your ticket.
STEP 2: Select Bike Number
Make sure the correct bike number appears before you click Add to cart.
- Unavailable Bike/s will not appear in the dropdown as an option
- Adding to cart before selecting a bike number will not give you a confirmed seat and this ticket will be cancelled and/or refunded.
- If someone else checks out the same bike number before you, you'll receive a notification that your selection was automatically cancelled/no longer available. So make sure you check your email right after checking out to confirm if you've received your ticket/s. Otherwise, you can then choose a new bike number and proceed to checkout again.
STEP 3: Check out and fill out ticket Information
Prepare the following details. If you are buying for friends, make sure you have their details ready.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Need Cycling Shoes?
- First Time Electric Rider?
- If you don't have them yet, don't worry you can transfer ticket details later on and use your details for the meantime.
REMEMBER! Upon adding to cart, you will have 8 minutes ONLY to reserve and purchase your ticket.
- If you are unsure whether to purchase within 8 minutes, let’s give a chance to those who are 100% sure and kindly remove the ticket from your cart.
- If you find yourself leaving your browser and returning to your cart after 8 minutes, BEST TO START FRESH! Empty your cart before proceeding to STEP 1.
Badly want a specific bike? We can't guarantee you'll get it, we suggest that you keep coming back and refresh the page, you'll never know your bike might just open up after 8 minutes or less. BUT HEY! you know what they say, any bike is better than none!
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, you have two options:
Option 1:
Convert to In-Studio Classes
Email us at hello@electricstudio.ph
no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, February 20, and we’ll convert your total ticket value into In-Studio class credits—so you can still move with us in-studio.
Option 2:
Transfer Your Ticket
You may transfer your Electric Rooftop ticket to a friend. Simply update the ticket details with their name and preferred email address so they can receive it.
