STEP 1: Select Seating Zone
Wait for the dropdown menu to appear. This will show you the available bike number/s.

• If the Seating Zone is Sold Out, the Add to cart button will turn gray and show an empty dropdown

STEP 2: Select Bike Number
Make sure the correct bike number appears before you click Add to cart.

• Unavailable Bike/s will not appear in the dropdown as an option
• Adding to cart before selecting a bike number will not give you a confirmed seat and this ticket will be cancelled and/or refunded.

STEP 3: Check out and fill out ticket Information
If you are buying for friends, make sure you have their details ready.

• If you don't have them yet, don't worry you can transfer ticket details later on.

REMEMBER! You will only have 8 minutes to reserve and purchase your ticket upon adding to cart.

• If you are unsure to purchase within 8 minutes, lets give chance to those who are 100% sure and kindly remove ticket from your cart.
• If you find yourself leaving your browser and returning to your cart past 8 minutes, BEST TO START FRESH! Empty your cart before proceeding to STEP 1.

Badly want a specific bike? We can't guarantee you'll get it, but keep coming back and refresh the page, you'll never know your bike might just open up after 8 minutes or less. BUT HEY! you know what they say, any bike is better than none.

Using the elevator located at the lobby of Seven/NEO. Go all the way up to the Roofdeck on the 39th Floor. Go down the hallway and walk towards the Roofdeck.

We are going the extra mile to make your Electric Rooftop experience fun and safe for you, Electric fam!

You will be asked to bring your personal hydration bottle. For Early Access Ticket holders, you each get your own bottled water. Refilling stations will be provided on the Rooftop deck.

REMEMBER! If you are not feeling in tip-top shape, give your Electric Rooftop Ride a pass so you can keep yourself and others safe. Should you need to cancel, scroll down to know how we can work that out for you.

Check in at the Electric Front desk (located at the end of the hallway on the left) so we can give you your cycling shoes. Bag Drop is at the left side of the Rooftop deck by the Gatorade Booth. Class will start promptly so give yourself time to check in. If you're early, don’t worry we’ll have goodies and good music waiting for you and a place where you and your friends can hang out before your ride. 

First time? Fill out our First Timer Waiver in advance here.

What to Bring? Just yourself and your water bottle.

Should you need to use the toilet, you can use the toilet located on the same level. 

Worried about the sun? For those doing the 4:45 pm Ride with Cathy & Patrish, the sun won't be as bright as noon time, but of course, feel free to wear sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat to protect ya from the sun!

Weather. In the event of a storm signal, we will have to cancel the class for safety reasons. We will individually email or call you on or before Friday afternoon if the weather is unsafe.

You can cancel until 5pm the day before by emailing hello@electricstudio.ph. However, as this is a special event with limited seating, there will be no refunds. You can however transfer your ticket to someone else or convert the value of your ticket to an In Studio class credit or an Electric at Home Package. If you are late for class, your slot may be given away.
