    For newcomers, we recommend getting this First Timer Package so you can try different instructors, pace yourself and find your power — we can’t wait!

  • We recommend breathable, sweat-wicking sportswear. Make sure to bring a changes of clothes as you are sure to sweat during class.

    We will provide cycling shoes for you to use. If you have your own, make sure they are Look Keo compatible.

  • Our lockers have keypads, no need to bring a lock. We provide complimentary towels, bath, and body products so you can shower and head straight to where you need to be right after class. We have water available for sale at the studio as well as filtered water fountains to fill your own bottle!

  • Get the most out of your Electric experience and arrive 30 minutes before your ride. We will provide you with shoes, set up your bike and give you a tour of our studio. For safety reasons, if you do not check in 15 minutes before class and complete the pre-class requirements, you will not be allowed to join the class.

    Sneakers are required to be worn for all classes. We recommend that they support your ankles and have a low platform. We love a good grip too!

  • Gloves and hand wraps are mandatory for class. We have complimentary Electric Studio glove rentals. Should you choose to bring your own, we recommend a 14oz Boxing Glove. Please, no MMA style gloves for your safety. You may bring your own hand wraps or purchase Electric Studio quick wraps in the studio.
