Never boxed before? Don’t sweat it. At Electric Studio, we welcome all levels — especially first-timers. Our signature Pure Rhythm class is a 45-minute, 10-round experience that fuses boxing fundamentals with strength training — all synced to high-energy beats.

Rhythm Boxing is a 10-round, 45 minute workout evenly divided between boxing fundamentals and resistance training. We’ll use half the class exploring boxing as a powerful method of physical conditioning and the other half on effective strength and bodyweight movement.

Music drives everything. From combos to core, each round is synced to the beat with curated playlists and tempo-based progressions. With club-level sound and a dark, focused studio, we let rhythm push you further — physically and mentally.
