STEP 1: Select Seating Zone
Wait for the dropdown menu to appear. This will show you the available bike number/s.

• If the Seating Zone is Sold Out, the Add to cart button will turn light orange and show an empty dropdown
• Note: upon adding to cart, you will have 8 minutes ONLY to reserve and purchase your ticket.

STEP 2: Select Bike Number
Make sure the correct bike number appears before you click Add to cart.

• Unavailable Bike/s will not appear in the dropdown as an option
• Adding to cart before selecting a bike number will not give you a confirmed seat and this ticket will be cancelled and/or refunded.
• If someone else checks out the same bike number before you, you'll receive a notification that your selection was automatically cancelled/no longer available. You can then choose a new bike number and proceed to checkout again.

STEP 3: Check out and fill out ticket Information
Prepare the following details. If you are buying for friends, make sure you have their details ready.

2. Last Name
3. Email
4. Need Cycling Shoes?
5. First Time Electric Rider?

• If you don't have them yet, don't worry you can transfer ticket details later on and use your details for the meantime.

REMEMBER! Upon adding to cart, you will have 8 minutes ONLY to reserve and purchase your ticket.

• If you are unsure whether to purchase within 8 minutes, let’s give a chance to those who are 100% sure and kindly remove the ticket from your cart.
• If you find yourself leaving your browser and returning to your cart after 8 minutes, BEST TO START FRESH! Empty your cart before proceeding to STEP 1.

Badly want a specific bike? We can't guarantee you'll get it, we suggest that you keep coming back and refresh the page, you'll never know your bike might just open up after 8 minutes or less. BUT HEY! you know what they say, any bike is better than none!

We are going the extra mile to make your Electric Rooftop experience fun and safe for you, Electric fam!

The building has a strict capacity limit. To ensure everyone's safety, please only arrive 20 mins before your scheduled class.

When your class is done, feel free to soak in the view and enjoy the food, drinks and good vibes! To make room for incoming riders, we kindly ask that we limit the afterparty to 20 mins after your scheduled class. Additionally, due to the building's capacity limit, we highly advise NOT to bring guests.

REMEMBER! If you are not feeling in tip-top shape, give your Electric Rooftop Ride a pass so you can keep yourself and others safe. Should you need to cancel, scroll down to know how we can work that out for you.

WHAT TO BRING?

• Just yourself and your water bottle. There will be a hydration station in the event area. For Early Access pass holders, you each get your own bottled water.
  
• There will be a bag drop off section, but we highly advise to only bring what is necessary. Electric Studio is not liable for any items lost/stolen. 

ARE THERE TOILETS AND SHOWERS?

• You can use the toilets located on the same level. Note that there are only 2 available restrooms, one on each side.
• There are no showers available in the venue.

WORRIED ABOUT THE SUN AND THE WEATHER?

• For those doing the 4:45 pm Ride with Cathy & Zo, the sun won't be as bright as noon time, but of course, feel free to wear sunscreen and a hat to protect ya from the sun!
  
• In the event of a storm signal, we will have to cancel the class for safety reasons. We will individually email or call you on or before Friday afternoon if the weather is unsafe.

Can't make it? No worries! You have two options:

1. Just shoot us an email at hello@electricstudio.ph, no later than 5:00 PM Friday, February 21, and we'll be happy to convert your total ticket value into In Studio classes. That way, you'll still get to share your amazing energy with us!
    
2. Share the Electric Rooftop experience with a friend! You can transfer your ticket directly to them no later than 5:00 PM Friday, February 21. Just enter their details on the ticket, including their preferred email address so they can receive the ticket along with important reminders. Changes after deadline will no longer be accommodated.

Note: If you can’t make it to class, you will no longer be able to get the Electric Rooftop loot bag. Refunds are NOT available for this event.
