- We accept payment via PayPal, PayMongo (Visa, Mastercard, Gcash, Grab, Maya, etc.).
- A Paypal account is not required for credit card transactions. Simply click Paypal under payment options upon checkout. You will be redirected to a secured portal to complete the payment.

- Metro Manila: Free shipping for all items. Target Delivery will be subject to item/s ordered.
- Outside Metro Manila: Shipping cost will be subject to calculation and will be billed after. Target provincial delivery will be 10-15 business days. Please contact below for further assistance.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
- We allow refunds for goods received with factory defects or damage within 7 days of purchase. Product must be in original purchase condition and must be unused. Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
- Shipping back to Electric will be handled by the buyer. Kindly coordinate with the team by sending courier details to email@example.com
- For prepaid services such as classes, we allow refunds on the unused portion of the classes if the client is suffering from permanent sickness or physical disability for 6 months. Client suffering from permanent sickness or physical disability for 6 months may also opt to nominate a transfer of client’s existing class credits to another person.
Electric Studio shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or termination of its services whether caused by administrative error, technical, mechanical, electrical, or electronic fault or difficulty or any other reason or circumstances beyond Electric Studio’s control (including, but not limited to, acts of God, strike, labor disputes, fire, disturbance, action of government, interference or damage by third parties or any change in legislation).
