STEP 1: Select Bike Section

• If the Bike Section is Sold Out, the button will be crossed out.

STEP 2: Add the quantity of tickets you wish to purchase to your cart and check out.

• 1 ticket = 1 bike
• Have a specific bike you wish to be in? Let us know your top 3 options in the notes section upon checkout. (Note this is no guarantee. This will be subject to availability and on a first come, first served bases.)

STEP 3: Choose your mode of payment, complete your order, and wait for your order confirmation.

1. YOU GOT YOUR TICKET: You will be redirected to a page that will say Thank you! your order is confirmed and that you'll receive a (order) confirmation email soon.
2. TRY AGAIN: You will get a prompt saying available quantities for these items have changed and are updated in your cart. If you still wish to proceed, choose Continue check out and click complete order.

Within 24 hours upon order confirmation, you'll be booked on an open bike (based on the section/s you purchased)

• Watch out for the email booking confirmation from electric@electricstudio.ph regarding your class booking.
• No email confirmation = No booking.

REMEMBER! Bikes will be automatically assigned based on availability. No guarantee on bike requests.

• If you are unsure whether to purchase, let’s give a chance to those who are 100% sure and kindly remove the ticket from your cart.
• If you find yourself leaving your browser and returning to your cart, BEST TO START FRESH! Empty your cart before proceeding to STEP 1.

If you bought multiple bikes for you and friends, just let us front desk know before the ride who will be taking those spots.

DIDN'T GET TO BUY A TICKET? No worries! Add yourself to the waitlist:

Tickets are non-refundable. You have two options:

Option 1: Cancel via your Electric Account no later than 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 24.

• Upon cancellation you will receive 2 ride credits that you can use for other in studio indoor cycling classes. Credits will be valid for 30 days.

Option 2: Gift it to your friend and have them ride under your booking

• No worries! Just let your friend tell the front desk the bike is booked under your account.
• Best to give us a heads up via Email at hello@electricstudio.ph so we don't just give your bike away.
