HOW TO MOVE AROUND & WHERE TO PLACE THE BIKE?(0:32) • Using the wheels at the front base of the bike, slowly add pressure to the middle section of the base and lift the back slowly using the handle bar so the bike balances on the wheels (0:36) • You can pivot the bike any direction you like (0:45) • Add pressure again to the middle section of the base and slowly release the bike down (0:50) • Bike should be placed on an even surface with ample space around all sides of the bike. – Wobbly bike? Adjust by turning the stoppers built at the bottom of the bike to even out the space between the bottom of the bike to the floor (1:01)
WHAT DO I NEED TO ADJUST? (1:14) • Saddle Heightshould be as high as your hip bone (1:16) • Handle Bar Heightshould be a number or two numbers higher than the Saddle (1:37) – When you're happy with the height, press the Fitloc firmly until you hear it click (1:48) – Saddle and Handle bar feels loose? (1) Lower the handlebar and seat to the lowest point. (2) Pull and hold the lever up and turn black knob to the right to tighten (3) Press down lever to lock. - If the lever does not lock repeat step 2 but turn to the left to loosen (1:59) • Distance between Saddle and Handle Bar Should be the distance of your forearm or your elbow to the longest tip of your finger (2:14)
HOW TO HOP ON THE BIKE? (2:39) • Look Keo Pedals.To clip in, slide the front part of the Look Keo cleat then add pressure on the center until you feel a click. To unclip, Turn your heel out or opposite to the bike. (2:41) • Cage Pedals. slip on with your training shoes and adjust the straps until your feet feels secured but also not too tight. (3:06)

HAND AND BODY POSITIONS (4:02) • Hand & Body Position #1:hands resting at the back and center of the handle bar. Seated on the saddle.(4:04) • Hand & Body Position #2: Light grip on the curves of the handle bar. Seated on the saddle or an inch off the saddle, hips back, core engaged, and elbows in. (4:15) • Hand & Body Position #3:Light grip on the horns of the handle bar. An inch off the saddle, hips back, core engaged, and elbows pointing in. (4:23) • Middle Bar:Light grip between the curves and horns of the handle bar. An inch off the saddle, hips back, core engaged, and elbows pointing out. (4:36) • NoMiddle Bar:Light grip between the first and second bar or Hand Position #1 & #2. An inch off the saddle, hips back, core engaged, and elbows pointing out.
HOW TO CLEAN THE BAG? (5:08) • Wipe the bike down with a damp towel/cloth then dry with a clean towel/cloth • Optional: You may use mild detergent (Hand soap mixed with water or alcohol) • Avoid: using bleach of any harsh cleaning agents
